Process

process-2For our Clients:

Our clients are very important to us. For this reason, we strive to provide our clients with the best possible talent. We achieve this by taking the time to fully understand our clients and their specific needs. Each client has a different culture and we realize that personality fit is often the key to any successful hire. We gather detailed and confidential information that will be very valuable during the recruiting process. We ask in-depth questions to fully understand specific needs. The more information we have, the more successful the search. Candidates ask questions and want information. We are most effective when we can speak intelligently about our clients.

Our search process is intensive. We do not operate from a database of resumes and rarely place advertisements. Instead, we search through cold-calling and extensive networking with members of the legal community. Over the years, the relationships we have formed enable us to identify desirable candidates through referrals and recommendations. We do not believe in a high-pressure approach. We present information in a way that generates interest and gets people excited about our clients. Most times, our candidates are highly successful, gainfully employed attorneys who are not necessarily on the market.

It is our job to find potential candidates and present them with outstanding opportunities and interesting information about our clients. We work hard to find the best candidate for the job. And, with each search, we carry out a widespread, positive marketing campaign on behalf of our clients.

When you work with us, you get much more than highly qualified candidates. You get the determination and dedication of a firm that truly strives to make a difference for its clients.

For our Candidates:

Confidentiality is the single most important part of the recruiting process. Since most of our candidates are gainfully employed, we handle all information with the utmost care. You can be assured that your resume will not be presented to any client without your knowledge and consent. The legal community is small and word can travel fast. For this reason, we continuously stress confidentiality to our clients. We are professionals and we take confidentiality seriously.

People decide to change jobs for many different reasons. For some people, compensation is the driving factor for making a change. For others, it’s the allure of a new challenge or added responsibility. And for many, it’s culture and flexibility. In order to understand what is important, we take the time to get to know our candidates. We ask in-depth questions and we listen. It is our goal to present our candidates with exciting opportunities that are the best fit on a variety of levels. In order for our clients to be happy, our candidates must be happy.

We understand that changing jobs is an extremely difficult and often highly emotional experience. It is a major life decision and we don’t take it lightly. Our clients hire us to find candidates that are the best fit both culturally and professionally. We are not in the business of merely trying to fill an opening. We want our candidates to be excited about making a job change. And, we want our clients to feel good about the candidate they hire. When presenting an opportunity, we share all that we know about the position and the client. We present the facts, listen to your questions, and offer advice. We are always upfront and honest. We strive to form a relationship built on mutual respect and trust.

Our ultimate goal is to find you the opportunity you’ve always wanted.
