Elyse Leace, Esq. began her career as a trial attorney and practiced law in Philadelphia for 7 years. In 1997, she joined a national recruiting firm where she was responsible for leading the legal recruiting division. During this time, Elyse earned numerous awards as a top Account Executive. She formed Leace Kapres, along with Kristy, in 2002.

Elyse focuses on recruiting attorneys throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey and the Delaware Valley. She has experience in all practice areas with specific expertise in the areas of Patent and Intellectual Property law.

Elyse received her B.S. in Criminal Justice and Political Science from the University of Delaware in 1987, and received her J.D. with honors from Widener University School of Law in 1990.

Elyse is a life member of Hadassah and sits on the board of the Anne Frank Group. She resides in the Philadelphia area with her husband and two children.

Kristy Kapres began her career in 1998 as an Executive Recruiter for a national recruiting firm in Pittsburgh, PA. Recruiting in a variety of industries nationwide, she quickly became one of the top performers in the company.

In the spring of 2001, Kristy came to Philadelphia through an acquisition and joined Elyse on the legal recruiting team of their former employer. They formed Leace Kapres in 2002.

Kristy focuses on recruiting attorneys throughout Ohio, Pennsylvania, and parts of the Midwest. She has experience recruiting attorneys in all practice areas.

Kristy received her B.A. in English from the University of Pittsburgh in 1995. She resides in the Philadelphia area with her husband.
